Subject to availability, Perot’s Manor is pleased to offer its 2 bedroom
Pool Pavilion OR 2 suite bedrooms for $1,500.00/day

Perot’s Manor Staffing:

1 Property Manager (8 am to 5 pm)
1 Housekeeper (9 am to 5 pm)
2 Groundskeeper (8 am to 5 pm)

Staff assistance after 5 pm for Housekeeping, Waiter/Waitress or Bartending may be available upon request. Please direct inquires to the Property Manager for availability and rates.

A Professional Chef may be made available upon request at time of booking.

Perot’s Manor Boat Service:

Boat service is provided between Perot’s Island an the mainland according to a regular posted schedule available in each room.

Unscheduled boat service may be made available upon request
(subject to staff availability and weather)
